Silicon Valley Welcomes The Red Republican Wave: Google, Microsoft, Meta, And Apple CEO’s Congratulate Donald Trump

Congratulations have been pouring in for the 47th president-elect of the United States of America after his nail-biting win over Democratic rival Kamala Harris, who is the outgoing Vice President in Joe Biden’s reign, who earlier bowed out of the race after several gaffes owing to health concerns. Donald Trump earned 295 electoral votes, while Kamala Harris won 226, making it a very close contest. Only about 50% of the Americans are in favor of the Trump administration reigning in the White House. The left and right divide haven’t been any more clear than before. The Republican win was dubbed a golden era for America by Trump. His billionaire ally Elon Musk tweeted ‘Novus Ordo Seclorum’ (latin for a new order of ages), a phrase that is imprinted on the reverse of a dollar bill and the great seal of the United States. Meanwhile, the paranoid Silicon Valley has embraced the red wave and welcomed the change, even as Wall Street is showing signs of the new regime. With Dollar gaining momentum, tech leaders wouldn’t want to miss the curry train Elon Musk hopped onto ahead of others.

Google boss Sundar Pichai, in his congratulatory tweet, remarked that “we are in a golden age of American innovation.” Pichai wrote that Google is committed to working with the Trump administration and “help bring benefits to everyone.” Earlier in an internal memo before the elections, Pichai had urged the staff to uphold the firm’s values of integrity in helping the world access information regardless of beliefs and background. Reacting to Pichai’s tweet, Elon Musk wrote “cool.”

Microsoft boss Satya Nadella in his congratulatory tweet echoed similar sentiments as Sundar Pichai. Nadella remarked that Microsoft is looking forward to engaging with the Trump administration to “drive innovation forward.” Elon Musk dropped USA flag emojis on Nadella’s tweet.

In Tim Cook’s congratulatory tweet, the Apple CEO remarked that the company is looking forward to engaging with the Trump administration to make sure the United States continues to lead. Elon Musk again dropped star-spangled emojis.

Amazon founder Jeff Bezos remarked in his congratulatory tweet over “extraordinary political comeback and decisive victory.”

In his Threads profile, Meta co-founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg congratulated the Republican president-elect and wrote almost exact remarks as Pichai, Nadella, and Cook.

ChatGPT maker OpenAI’s co-founder and CEO, Sam Altman, also congratulated Donald Trump in his tweet. In a follow-up tweet, Altman urged that the US maintain its lead in the domain of AI fueled with democratic values.

Meanwhile, the second richest Indian and Asian, Gautam Adani, congratulated Donald Trump, stating that he is “the embodiment of unbreakable tenacity, unshakeable grit, relentless determination, and the courage to stay true to his beliefs.” Reads like ChatGPT, but okay.
